What can the campaign team control?
The team can plan and deliver the agreed promotion; the contest organizer and advertising platforms control their own decisions. We review the contest wording before recommending channels, then record the work and share platform analytics so you can follow what ran.
For a useful first review, gather:
- The contest page and full rules, including any wording on outside promotion.
- Your entry link, closing date and time zone, plus the steps a supporter must take to vote.
- Any existing creative, audience notes and the outcome you are aiming for.
Paid advertising, creative and copy, creator outreach, consent-based community or email outreach, and rules consulting can be scoped separately or combined. The contest marketing overview explains the available work, while the campaign process shows how a project moves from review to reporting. For voting safeguards, see the guide to contest voting protection.
Our work uses white-hat methods in line with platform rules and contest rules. We do not sell votes, followers or engagement, and we do not use bots, scripts, fake accounts or click farms. No campaign can promise a win, vote count, ranking or result: ad approval, contest eligibility and the final decision remain outside the team's control. Send your contest link and rules for a free contest analysis; we will identify the questions to settle before you commit to a channel.
Frequently asked questions
What can you take on for one contest entry?
We can handle permitted paid advertising, creative and copy, creator outreach, consent-based community or email outreach, and a review of contest rules and risks. You can request one part or combine services. The scope is agreed after we have reviewed the entry, deadline and voting process.
Can you add votes directly or use automated accounts?
No. We do not provide votes, followers or engagement, and we never use bots, scripts, fake accounts or click farms. Our work brings the entry to relevant people through permitted promotion; each person decides independently whether to vote.
How are the service fee and ad spend handled?
The agency fee covers the agreed planning and delivery work. Advertising spend is paid to the platform separately from that fee. The quote depends on the channels, countries, campaign duration and creative scope, and we confirm it in writing before work begins.
How much lead time should I allow?
Allow time for the rules review, campaign setup, creative approval and any platform ad review. The workable start date depends on the contest deadline and how quickly materials and approvals are available. Share the closing date and time zone in your first message so the team can assess the schedule.
What should I include in my first message?
Send the contest link, full rules, direct entry link, voting instructions, deadline with time zone and your main objective. Existing photos or video and any channel preferences are useful too. If something essential is missing, the reviewer will tell you what to provide next.
What if the organizer's rules are unclear?
We flag the uncertain wording before recommending promotion. If the rules do not clearly permit the proposed activity, we can help frame a question for the organizer and wait for a written answer. If outside promotion is prohibited, we decline that work rather than proceed against the rules.
Does email confirmation or a login change the campaign?
Yes: supporters need a clear explanation of every step required for a vote to count. We can review whether the form asks for email confirmation, registration, social login, captcha, phone verification or another stated check, then shape messages and reminders around those steps. We never help anyone bypass a protection.
What will campaign reporting show?
Updates use information visible in the relevant platform analytics, such as spend, reach, clicks and traffic sources where available, alongside notes on work completed. Reporting can also track the public entry counter when one is visible. You receive a closing summary of activity and the agreed deliverables.
Can you promise a win or a particular vote count?
No. We commit to the agreed work, reporting and projections clearly labelled as projections, not to a contest outcome. The organizer applies the contest rules and decides eligibility and results; platforms also make their own ad review decisions.
Can you promote a contest that includes a minor?
We can consider it when a parent or guardian agrees to the entry and promotion, and the plan follows the relevant platform's age and privacy rules. Share the participant's age context and any required permissions during the initial review. Without parental or guardian consent, we do not proceed.
Do you work on crypto, NFT or Web3 contests?
Yes. We can review the contest terms and plan promotion for eligible crypto, NFT and Web3 entries, including hackathons and community awards. Campaign messaging stays focused on the contest and entry; we do not make claims about token price, profit or returns.
Can I request creative or a rules review without advertising?
Yes. Creative and copy, rules and risk consulting, and promotion planning can be scoped independently from paid advertising. Tell us which part you already have covered and share the contest terms; the initial review helps define a practical scope.
What happens if an advertising platform declines an ad?
The platform controls its ad review and may decline a submission. We can explain the decision shown in the account, revise the creative or targeting where appropriate, and discuss another permitted channel. We do not claim that an ad will be approved.
