Which crypto payment methods can you use?
Web3Do accepts several established crypto assets for marketing services, with the payment asset and any network details confirmed before an invoice is issued. This gives your finance team a clear record of what to send and how the transfer relates to the agreed work.
Supported options are:
- USDT on TRC20, ERC20 or BEP20.
- USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON or BNB.
- A project token, subject to prior discussion and written agreement.
For USDT, select the network shown on the invoice; the asset name alone is not enough to identify the correct route. Do not substitute another network or token because it appears compatible in your wallet. If your treasury needs to pay in a particular asset, raise that before approval so the invoice can reflect the agreed option.
The payment method does not change the campaign deliverables. To review available services and scope, start with Web3Do’s services or the pricing overview. If you want to use a project token, contact the team before arranging a transfer; acceptance is not automatic.
What should a Web3 marketing invoice include?
A useful invoice connects the transfer to the work it pays for. Before payment, check that the invoice records the agreed service scope, selected asset, any required network, payment instructions and prepayment terms. These details give your team and ours a shared reference for scheduling and delivery.
| Invoice detail | What to check |
|---|---|
| Scope | Service or campaign agreed with the team |
| Asset and network | Exact token, plus network where applicable |
| Payment instructions | Address and transfer details provided for this invoice |
| Prepayment terms | Required amount and when work is scheduled to begin |
Prepayment terms are agreed and documented before you send funds; do not assume a percentage or schedule that is not stated on your invoice. Work is scheduled in line with those agreed terms, with payment confirmation required before the applicable start point. If an invoice needs a company name, billing reference or other administrative detail, provide it before final approval.

How do you verify a crypto payment before sending it?
Verify the invoice details against your wallet before confirming a transfer. A short check of the asset, network and destination can prevent avoidable payment delays and make reconciliation easier for both teams.
Use this checklist:
- Match the token symbol and network to the invoice, especially for USDT.
- Compare the destination address carefully with the payment instructions you received.
- Confirm the invoiced scope and agreed prepayment terms with your project lead.
- Keep the transaction record and share the relevant confirmation through the agreed communication channel.
- If any detail differs or looks unclear, pause and ask us to verify it before sending.
Crypto transfers may not be reversible through the sender’s wallet if an incorrect asset, network or address is used. Web3Do can confirm the payment details supplied for an invoice, but cannot promise that a transfer sent to incorrect details can be recovered. For the contractual terms that apply to your engagement, review the terms of service; for questions about refunds or service commitments, see guarantees and refunds.
Please do not send funds to an address from an earlier invoice without confirming that it applies to the current engagement. Use the current invoice as the payment reference.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for a campaign in USDT?
Yes. USDT is accepted on TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20. Your invoice will specify the agreed network and payment instructions. Match those details exactly before sending funds; if you need a particular network, confirm it with us before the invoice is finalized.
Do you accept project tokens as payment?
Project-token payments can be discussed, but they require prior agreement and are not automatically accepted. Contact us with the token details before arranging payment so the team can confirm whether that option can be included in the invoice.
When does work begin after I pay?
The invoice records the agreed prepayment terms and the point at which work is scheduled. Once the required payment has been received and confirmed, scheduling follows those terms. Ask your project contact if you need the start conditions clarified before payment.
What happens if I send USDT on the wrong network?
Contact us promptly with the transaction record and invoice reference. Transfers sent using the wrong network or address may not be recoverable, so recovery cannot be promised. Check the asset, network and destination against the current invoice before confirming a transfer.
Can my company receive an invoice for payment?
Yes. The payment is documented with an invoice that records the agreed scope and payment details. Share any required company or billing information with the team before the invoice is finalized, and check that the asset and network match your approved payment method.
